Typical Prom Night Route
- 1. 5:00 PM — Bus picks up the group at a central location (usually one family's house where photos happen).
- 2. 5:30 PM — Dinner stop. The bus drops everyone at the restaurant and waits.
- 3. 7:30 PM — Grand arrival at prom. Everyone steps off the bus together. Maximum entrance impact.
- 4. 11:00 PM — Prom ends. Bus picks up the group. After-prom stop if included in the package.
- 5. 12:00–1:00 AM — Drop-offs. Everyone gets home safe. Parents sleep easy.
For Parents
A party bus is the safest prom transportation option. Period. A professional CDL-licensed driver handles all the driving. No texting and driving, no distracted teenage drivers, no one behind the wheel who shouldn't be. The bus has no alcohol (it's a school event — zero tolerance) and the driver reports any issues.
You can coordinate directly with us on pickup and drop-off logistics. Some parents organize the booking together and split the cost — usually $35–65 per student for the whole evening. That's less than renting a limo that only fits 6 kids.
Book Early
Prom season (April–May) books up fast. We start taking prom reservations in January. By March, Saturday night party buses are mostly gone. Book 2–3 months ahead to guarantee your date. $200 deposit holds your reservation.
