Shuttle Buses
Shuttle Bus Rental in Dallas
Simple point-to-point transportation for 15–30 passengers. Hotel to venue. Office to event. Airport to hotel. No frills, just reliable transport that shows up on time.
When a Shuttle Makes Sense
Shuttles are the workhorse of group transport. You don't need LED lights or a bar area — you need everyone to get from Point A to Point B safely and on time. Shuttles run continuous loops between locations, making multiple trips if your group is larger than 30.
The biggest advantage of a shuttle is flexibility. Unlike a charter bus that sits parked while your group is at an event, a shuttle stays in motion. It loops between your pickup and drop-off points on a set schedule. Guests board when they're ready. No one waits an hour because the last person isn't done socializing.
- → Wedding shuttles. Hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception, reception back to hotel. Run a loop every 20 minutes. Guests come and go on their schedule. $600–$1,800 for the evening.
- → Corporate event shuttles. Convention center to hotel block. Office park to offsite venue. Continuous loop during event hours. Professional, predictable, eliminates parking issues.
- → Employee transportation. Daily or weekly shuttles between office locations, parking lots or transit stations. Contract pricing for ongoing service.
- → Airport group pickups. One shuttle at baggage claim beats 15 separate ride-shares. Holds everyone and their luggage. Airport shuttle details →
Shuttle Bus Pricing
Shuttle pricing works differently than other bus rentals. You can book hourly, by the trip or as a continuous loop service. One-way transfers are the cheapest option — just getting a group from one place to another. Loop service costs more per hour but eliminates the need for return-trip coordination.
| Service | Rate | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly rental | $100–175/hr | 4 hrs = $400–700 |
| One-way transfer | $200–500 | Hotel → venue (15 min) |
| Round trip | $350–800 | Hotel → venue → hotel |
| Continuous loop (evening) | $600–1,200 | 4-hour loop service |
All rates include driver, fuel and insurance. Tolls, parking and driver tip are separate. Full pricing on our cost page.
Wedding Shuttle Service
Wedding shuttles are our most-booked shuttle service. The setup is simple: park the shuttle at the hotel where guests are staying and run loops to the ceremony and reception venues. Most weddings need 3–5 hours of shuttle service. The bus makes rounds every 15–20 minutes depending on distance.
This solves three problems at once. Guests don't drive after drinking. Nobody gets lost trying to find the venue. And you don't need 80 parking spots at a venue that only has 30. Some venues in the Dallas area — especially ranch and estate venues — require shuttle service because their parking can't handle the cars.
We coordinate timing with your wedding planner. The shuttle arrives before the ceremony ends so guests have a ride waiting. After the reception, the last loop runs 30 minutes after the event ends to catch stragglers. No one gets left behind.
Corporate Shuttle Service
Companies use shuttle service for recurring and one-time needs. The recurring side covers daily employee shuttles between office buildings, DART stations and remote parking lots. We run regular routes for several companies in the Legacy West, Las Colinas and downtown Dallas corridors.
One-time corporate shuttles cover events: holiday parties at offsite venues, team outings, client entertainment and convention delegate transportation. One shuttle running a loop beats 40 employees trying to expense individual Ubers. Finance departments love us.
Contract pricing is available for companies that book weekly or monthly. We'll build a custom route and schedule. Same driver, same bus, same time every day — your employees know exactly what to expect.
Shuttle vs. Minibus
Shuttles and minibuses look similar on paper, but they serve different purposes. A shuttle is for repeated short trips — continuous loops, multiple pickups, point-to-point transfers. A minibus is for keeping a group together on a single trip with more comfort.
If your group needs to get from a hotel to a venue and stay there, a minibus works great. If guests need to come and go on their own schedule across multiple hours, a shuttle loop is the better fit. Not sure? Tell us your situation and we'll recommend the right setup.
